Land Clearing

Land Clearing Across Ada & Pontotoc County

Land clearing is the center of what we do. Overgrown pasture, cedar thickets and future homesites get opened up: trees pushed out with a Cat D6 dozer, stumps dug out with the excavator, and the ground left clean enough to grade, build on or mow. Jobs run from a few acres outside Ada to full ranch tracts, like the 350-plus acres we have cleared so far on one project near Sulphur.

We clear mechanically, roots and all. A mulcher grinds the tops and leaves every stump in the ground; we take the whole tree, so cedar that has taken a pasture stays gone and the ground can be worked. When the land is clear, the same machines handle the dirt work or a new stock pond, so the property finishes ready for what comes next.

  • Wooded lots & acreage cleared
  • Homesite & building-site clearing
  • Cedar & brush pushed out, roots and all
  • Stumps dug out, not buried
  • Debris piled and burned or hauled, per the job
  • Rough grading after the clear

Why Oklahoma Landowners Call Us

Owner On Every Job

The person you call is the person in the machine. You explain the job once, the estimate comes from the one doing the work, and nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Iron Sized for Big Jobs

A Cat D6 dozer, a 30,000-lb excavator and a tracked skid steer under one name. Acreage, ranch and commercial ground is what the equipment was bought for.

Stumps Out, Not Buried

We clear mechanically with the dozer and excavator, roots and all. The ground is left buildable and mowable instead of hiding stumps under a layer of mulch.

Free On-Site Estimates

We look at the property, talk through what it needs, and hand you a real number. The estimate costs nothing and the price comes from seeing the ground.

FAQ

Questions Property Owners Ask Us

The questions Oklahoma landowners ask most. Don't see yours? Call, and you'll be talking to the person who runs the machines.

Call (580) 344-7473

What areas do you serve?
We work out of Ada and cover about a 50-mile circle around it: Pontotoc, Murray, Garvin, Seminole, Hughes and Johnston counties, with regular runs to Shawnee, Ardmore, McAlester, Durant and the Norman side. Big jobs pull us further. If you're not sure your place is in range, call and ask.
What services do you offer?
If it's dirt, brush or something that needs to come down, it's probably our work: land clearing, cedar removal, heavy dirt work, grading and leveling, excavation, demolition, pond construction, building pads and fence line clearing. The same machines handle the whole run, from overgrown pasture to build-ready ground.
Who shows up when I hire you?
The owner. Rezz Built is owner operated, so the person you talk to on the phone is the one in the dozer on your property. You explain the job once, the estimate comes from the person doing the work, and nothing gets lost between a salesman and a crew.
Do you do forestry mulching?
No, and that's on purpose. A mulcher grinds the tops and leaves the stumps in the ground, and we spend real hours cleaning up behind mulching jobs. We clear mechanically with a dozer and excavator, roots and all, so the ground can be graded, mowed and built on.
How much does land clearing cost?
It depends on the acreage, how thick the growth is, the ground, and what happens to the debris. Light brush runs far less per acre than heavy timber. The estimate is free and comes from looking at the property, so you get a real number. Our blog has cost guides with market ranges.
What happens to the trees and debris?
Your call, priced into the estimate up front. On most rural ground the debris gets piled and burned on site when conditions and county rules allow it. Where burning is out, it gets piled to stay or hauled off. Either way the property gets left clean.
How soon can you look at my property?
Usually within days. Call (580) 344-7473, tell us where the land sits and what you're after, and we'll set a time to come see it. Photos help too. Estimates are free, and close-in towns like Stratford, Stonewall and Sulphur are an easy run from the shop.
